CONSULTING SERVICES
RDM Hydro is a groundwater consulting service providing tailored solutions for hydrogeological projects.
Groundwater bore site and target identification, bore design, drilling contract management, field supervision and reporting for monitoring, production (supply) and injection bores from 2m to greater than 1,500m deep.
Pumping test design and analysis for bore yield assessment, borefield design, dewatering design, aquifer sustainable yield assessment and aquifer hydraulic parameterization for modelling.
Managed aquifer recharge assessment and design from concept to operational system management, including clogging and geochemical compatibility assessment and management, and regulatory approvals.
Site water management including water balances, water use/reuse options assessment and technology trial design and management.
Analytical and numerical modelling to support environmental assessments and to enable design and operational management of supply, dewatering and injection borefields.
Groundwater monitoring program design, implementation and rationalisation including field sampling and instrumentation specification/installation for of water level, water quality, dedicated pumping systems and telemetry.
Spring and groundwater dependent ecosystem (GDE) assessment, conceptualisation and monitoring.
Regulatory approvals including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIS), environmental authorities/licenses, water licenses, EPBC Approvals (Water Trigger), mining regulations, and annual compliance reporting.
Data (geological, water level, water chemistry, environmental) compilation, assessment, interpretation and reporting.
